The Photographers. The pictures on our website were mostly taken by Dan Nauck and Pat Semansky.  Both have volunteered their services to others in the New Orleans area.

The Photos. Here is a brief description of each photo:
The House, or CIA Headquarters as it fondly reffered to as, welcomes in the known and the stranger. We are all brought into    friendship with one another through the open door and a refreshed outlook on our recovery, rebuilding and rebirth.
Marlo and her rosary shows the deep faith she and others have in God.
The St. Ignatius Room plaque was hand-painted by Ann Karp on a piece of recycled stone from Marlo's property's.
The Christmas Trees sit in a boat and get transported to sediment-building fences around our coast by volunteers from Loras College and local parish staff. Bringing together out-of-town volunteers and locals on the SAME PROJECT allows us to build right relationships.
The fruit of our ministry can happen on this table where may people have gathered to be nourished by food, company, conversation, and reflection.
The fragrant lilies are rooted in light and celebration.  The colors of Mardi Gras are represented by the beads on the candles.  Mardi Gras values include Faith (green), Power (Gold), and Justice (Purple).
The banner that reads "With help we can help ourselves" guides our basic philosophy of ministry in our neighborhoods.  This picture was taken in November/December 2005.
