DIALOGUE. We come together as members of the community to discuss issues that are important to them. This form of dialogue is taken from the peacemaking circle process, which encourages individuals from various backgrounds, positions, and life experiences to gather together to practice listening and honest conversation. Derived from aboriginal and indigenous traditions, circles bring people together in a way that creates trust, respect, good will, belonging, mutuality and reciprocity. ENGAGE YOUR PRIVILEGE. Schedule a Diversity Training for you and your organization. Jocelyn is certified by the National MultiCultural Institute and facilitates Diversity Circles and Action Forums regularly. RE-EXAMINE OUR FAITH IN THE CONTEXT OF SOCIAL CHANGE. Schedule a facilitated conversation using the methodology of the Pastoral Circle which explores Experience, Social Analysis, Theological Reflection, and Evaluation/Action. |
